SHARING – At the annual AIA New Mexico Elevate Design & Honor Awards event last night, a project we worked on with Roadrunner Venture Studios was honored with an Interior Architecture Merit Award. It’s an impactful project contributing to the ongoing efforts to elevate our downtown core.

Roadrunner Venture Studios is an adaptive reuse/urban in-fill project contributing to the development of the historic Glorieta Station property in downtown Albuquerque. Located between the iconic Southwestern Brewery Building (c.1899) and BNSF Railroad, this 10,000 sf transformation of a vacant furniture warehouse creates a vibrant incubator office space that serves as the company’s headquarters for supporting emerging technology startups.
