David Shaffer

President / Project Manager

As President, David wears many hats at AIC including Administrator, Sales and Marketing Manager and Senior Project Manager. With over 20 years of construction, sales and customer service experience, David provides a consistent level of service to our current and potential clientele. While holding his GB-98 license, his expertise in commercial construction and supervision of field personnel is reflected in our excellent on-time and on-budget track record. David‘s logical, pragmatic and practical approach is ensured with each of AIC’s projects. His commitment to the construction industry and our community are reflected by serving on many boards and associations including NAIOP, BOMA, CARNM and Uptown Progress team as well as being City Council’s representative for District 7 in matters regarding impact fees. His skill, experience and dedication drive him to ensure the continued success of AIC and ensure 100% satisfaction of AIC clientele.

Ray Casias

Project Manager

Ray has an experience in project management, estimating, and as a superintendent on projects up to $5 million. His expertise extends from commercial and residential building and subdivision improvements to utility and road improvements. As a former Air Force officer, Ray has extensive experience in contract administration for State and Federal agencies.

Andy Daniels

Project Manager

Andy has a variety of experience across the construction industry making him well versed in many aspects of commercial construction. As a project manager Andy interfaces with clients and subcontractors alike, bringing a project together in a practical and cohesive way. Andy’s ability to effectively multi-task and positive attitude make him a natural fit for the project management team at AIC.
