AIC in Albuquerque Business First
AIC had a busy December as we completed the Lennox Distribution Center at 4300 Yale Blvd., got Roof Care in to their new location at 14810 Central, Quest Diagnostics in the Gibson Medical Center was a complete gut and remodel of their existing 2,500 sqft. space within the hospital, iHeart Media, formerly Clear Channel, “Right Sized” their space and had their sales offices and admin areas reconfigured as well as the Flamenco project that Damon wrote about in the story.
In January we completed a new 1,700 sqft. pharmacy for the Lovelace Rehabilitation Hospital on 505 Elm Street, started on the remodel of 5,000 sqft. of new living quarters at the Rio Rancho Fire station #1 on Southern Blvd., began a remodel of the New Balance Shoe store in Cottonwood plaza and started the remodel of the interiors to 121 Tijeras for an un-named tenant to take over 18,000 sqft. on the bottom 2 floors of that building including a new parking lot on the adjacent property. We also will be starting the build out of another 7 units at the Anasazi Downtown for sale or lease.
