David Shaffer
President / Project Manager
As President, David wears many hats at AIC including Administrator, Sales and Marketing Manager and Senior Project Manager. With over 20 years of construction, sales and customer service experience, David provides a consistent level of service to our current and potential clientele. While holding his GB-98 license, his expertise in commercial construction and supervision of field personnel is reflected in our excellent on-time and on-budget track record. David‘s logical, pragmatic and practical approach is ensured with each of AIC’s projects. His commitment to the construction industry and our community are reflected by serving on many boards and associations including NAIOP, BOMA, CARNM and Uptown Progress team as well as being EPC Commissioner for City Council District 7, was the 2019 NAIOP member of the year and also the Albuquerque Journals Construction CEO of the year for 2019.
Daniel Griego
Project Manager
Daniel has 17 years’ experience in the commercial construction field and is a natural for his position as a Project Manager. Daniel’s duties include meeting with clients, providing estimates, supervising our field managers and several other aspects in our construction industry. Daniel runs projects from ground ups to varying degrees of complexity.
Noelle Elliott
Office Manager / Assistant Project Manager
Noelle has 16 years in the construction field with experience ranging from front office management, back-office staffing and running all aspects of day-to-day construction tasks in relation to helping the team stay on task. Noelle provides exemplary support to everyone she comes in to contact with and oversees all aspects of paperwork in relation to our projects.
Tara Cheresposy
Assistant Project Manager
Tara is the calming and helpful voice you hear when you call or visit AIC. Tara helps coordinate all aspects of office and field communication as well.
Charles Flores
Project Engineer
Charles assists in all day to day operations in both the field and in the office. Charles’s background in customer service and construction works well in this capacity.
Alfred Chavez
Field Operations Manager
Alfred has over 20 years of construction experience and has managed AIC’s most challenging tenant improvement projects over the years. His positive attitude and ability to get along with our clients is considered to be his best assets in addition to his general construction knowledge. Quality control with an emphasis on finding new ways to make things work makes Alfred a valuable part of AIC.
Kevin Chavez
Field Operations Manager
Kevin has a number of years of experience supervising commercial and working on residential construction projects. Kevin has managed approximately 10-20 projects a year for AIC and continues to be a requested superintendent for our repeat clients. Kevin’s attention to detail and going the extra mile is a hallmark of Kevin’s work ethic.

Anna is the cheerful face everybody sees as they come visit our office or our employees turn to for the basic daily needs. Anna has experience in all facets in front office daily duties.
Paul D Gaede
Consultant
Mr. Gaede has been involved in commercial and residential construction, both in New Mexico and California, since 1980. Mr. Gaede holds a GB98 License and has extensive experience in every phase of a construction project. Paul’s expanding expertise is driven by his belief that a thorough understanding of the process as well as the desired outcome is necessary to provide our clients the highest value project within budget.

Mrs. Gaede has over 25 years’ experience in office management, customer relations, human resources, finance and administrative support. Her attention to detail, leadership skills, strong professional values, initiative and capacity for forward thinking have helped move AIC in a positive direction.
