UBS Financial Services Santa Fe

Santa Fe, NM

NAIOP Award Winner

UBS Financial Services Santa Fe moved in to 3,100 sqft at 125 Lincoln Ave to the long vacant 4th floor space with a brand new, $1.5 million dollar build out that showcases glass wall and door systems, a complicated soffiting system that hides all lighting and a secure, yet elegant entry and reception area that speaks to their own high standards and services that they provide to their customers.

The customer meeting rooms where advisers meet with clients, have integrated tables with their Audio-Visual systems to project visuals on to display centers. These centers are representative of old-world fine wood banking offices, mixed with current designs.

The break area and copy areas boast stainless steel and granite millwork along with full walls of high dollar porcelain tile, wallpaper, and Italian slabs of wall tile.

There are 220 linear feet of glass walls and doors down all hallways and entrances, that integrate with drywall soffits and walls with minimal trim edges.

The server room holds a large UPS system that acts as a safety measure against loss of the servers’ connections to the home office due to the sensitive nature of the financial information being transmitted and is cooled by a redundant “CRAC” system for 24/7 cooling with a fail-safe measure built in.

All in all, the new UBS Financial Santa Fe office is a jewel of new office space in the heart of downtown, that transferred a 12 year vacancy that had no existing infrastructure into a showcase worthy project.
