At a cost of approximately $2,000,000.00,Phase II of the Anasazi Downtown project consisted of the build out of 42 of the building’s 45 units. While not all units in the building are sold or leased, the building owners found it would be more cost effective to pre-finish all but 3 of the units in the building. Each unit has high end Finishes including custom casework and ceramic floor tiles. Thee scenic views of Albuquerque round out each unit making the Anasazi Downtown a high-end alternative to other housing option sin downtown Albuquerque.
